MISSION TRIPS

Taking a mission trip is often a life-changing experience for both those who go and those who receive help. The GCM guesthouse in Accra is a busy and exciting place to be, and we welcome teams that are ready to work hard and share Christ’s love with the Ghanaian people. We work with teams that want to evangelize, perform medical outreach, help construct buildings, teach, and so on.

Medical Mission Trips in 2018

We wish to invite you or any of your friends or relatives to join two medical teams preparing to come to serve with us in July/August and September/October of 2018 as follows:

July 27 – August 7, 2018 (Global Health Outreach)

E-mail the team leader, Dr. Diane Matsumuto, at drdiane@cox.net to find out more about the need for physicians, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical therapists, dentists, hygienists, pharmacists, and also non-medical logistics team members.

September 24 – October 6, 2018 (FAME)

E-mail the team leader, Lonnie Burley, at lburley@fameworld.org to know more about the opportunities to serve on this trip. You can also find more information at FAME's website.

Mission Trip Basics

Steps for setting up a trip are as follows:

1. Contact us to begin planning your trip--to discuss possible dates, projects, and other activities. The documents below can be downloaded and filled out after we talk.

2. Team leaders should collect and send checks for trip costs either by mail or online. Remember: All fees are due 30 days before the trip, and failure to do so could result in postponement of the trip.

Trip costs are determined by location in Ghana. Once location and duration of the trip are determined, costs will be computed and communicated.

All trip fees are due 30 days before trip dates.

Send all payments designated for trip fees to the U.S. GCM address:
