Tribute to Dr. Mrs. Lydia Glover Nyador

We thank God for the life and legacy of our beloved co-founder, Deaconess Dr. Mrs. Lydia Glover Nyador, who went home to be with the Lord on the 2nd day of January 2026 and her funeral on the 24th and 25th of April 2026. Hundreds of people gathered to celebrate a life poured out for Christ, the people of Ghana and beyond.  A woman who truly fought the good fight, finished her race with dignity, and kept her faith to the very end. “Let the name of the Lord be glorified.

Dr. Lydia’s journey with Ghana Christian Mission began long before titles or formal recognition. It began when she was a medical student, already carrying a heart for service and a burden for people in need. It was her medical background combined with the theological background of Dr. Enoch Nyador that led them to Dr. Bob Reeves and hence the establishment of FAME Ghana (Ghana Christian Mission). This humble beginning, became a lifelong commitment to advancing medical missions and church planting in some of the most underserved communities of Ghana.

She contributed significantly to the establishment and growth of the clinics. Many commissioning ceremonies of the health facilities were witnessed by her, moments that represented answered prayers and fulfilled vision. She understood that access to healthcare in deprived communities was not merely a service, but a ministry of compassion and dignity.

Yet her heart was not limited to medical work alone. Dr. Lydia deeply believed in holistic transformation. She had the conviction that communities needed both healing for the body and salvation for the soul. She played a meaningful role in supporting the sending of church planters to unreached people groups. Through prayer, counsel, encouragement, and resources, she strengthened the mission’s efforts to proclaim Christ where He is not yet known.

Though she was never formally placed on staff, she faithfully served as a board member. But even that title does not fully describe her contribution. She gave generously of her time, wisdom, professional expertise, and personal resources. She participated in nearly every medical outreach, offering free care with compassion and excellence. She did not simply support the mission from a distance, she was present, involved, and invested.

In the last five years especially, her commitment remained strong. She visited Bulenga in the Upper West Region, encouraging the team and strengthening the work there. She witnessed the commissioning of the new clinic block at Akplale, a visible testimony of perseverance and vision. And even when she was unable to attend the Adutor program, it was not for lack of desire but due to ill health. Detailed preparation had gone into it, reflecting once again her passion and dedication to the mission she loved.

Today, a new extension block of the Clinic at Tatindo in the Tatale - Sanguli District of the Northern region has been dedicated in her honor and a church building will bear her name as well. We recognize that these are not just memorials, they are living reminders of a life poured out in service. They represent her commitment to both healing and discipleship, to both community development and kingdom expansion.

Dr. Lydia Nyador built foundations that will outlive her. Her legacy lives on in every patient treated, every clinic established, every church planted, and every life touched through the work she helped shape.

We thank God for her life.We honor her faithfulness.

Dr. Lydia may not be with us, but the vision she helped birth is alive and we commit ourselves to continue building on the foundation she helped lay.

May her soul rest in perfect peace.

“Let the name of the Lord be Glorified

MONTHLY REPORTS

Pastor Ernest Nyador

The month of March was full of funerals, within and outside the church. Despite funerals, the grace and favor of God is still sufficient for us.

We were privileged to be part of the Discipleship Training program in Gbetsile, Tema.

The church had also raised money and conducted a free medical screening for members. Through this exercise, most of the members now know their health status.

Our annual fundraising service was cancelled due to heavy rainfall.

No baptism made in March. However, evangelism is ongoing.

We request for prayer support for all who are still suffering from any form of sickness.

We also pray fervently for successful funeral for Dr. Lydia Glover Nyador.

The OPD attendance is getting better. The Akplale Church organized a screening exercise for the church members.

Over 63 members were screened for hypertension and diabetes. The church paid for everything.

This had boosted the OPD attendance for the facility. We are extending the health education to other churches to do likewise.

Other normal activities of the facility is still ongoing including devotions and night services.

We are very grateful for the regular medical supplies.

Bismark Kassata

Thank God for his blessings and protection in our lives.

May His grace and protection continue to guide us through our daily activities.

The churches in the Ntrubo Area still exists and all are doing well by grace of God even though we have challenges with sickness and death issues among the leadership of the church

We lost one of our dynamic leaders through a short illness who left behind a wife and 3 children, the eldest of which is in SHS and the other ones are in the JHS.

During the month of March two of our leaders were called to glory.

Join me to also give thanks to God for saving me from motor accident. It took the intervention of God to save me from a boy who crashed me on the motor on my way to the farm.

I sustained some injuries in the joints of my left fingers and by grace they're gradually healing.

We thank God for the peace we are enjoying in the Ntrubo Area because we are near to Nkwanta where we have the conflict but nothing of that sort is happening to us even though we have the two groups of the conflict makers who have come to seek refuge in Ntrubo Area and in the churches.

I request you to pray for good health for the leadership of Ntrubo Area and to pray for my family for God's protection in our family and the church.

I request you to pray for the women fellowship in Ntrubo; they meet every two weeks to study the Word of God and also pray for the Christian Churches. This program is to revive the women ministries in the churches. This program is being decentralized so that all the women are brought on board and the Lord is doing wonderful things in people’s lives.

God bless our partners and well-wishers of fame Ghana.

Pastor Lengie Lazarus

The month of March 2026 was marked by impactful spiritual activities, growth, and steady development across the Chinderi Zone. Throughout the month, the zone witnessed unity among branches, successful outreach efforts, and progress in church infrastructure. We thank God for His faithfulness and guidance in all our activities.

ACTIVITIES

1 Joint Service

On the 22nd of March 2026, the Chinderi Zone organized a successful joint service that brought together all branches within the zone. The gathering strengthened unity among members and provided a powerful time of worship and the Word. Members were spiritually refreshed and encouraged.

2 Funeral Service

The Chinderi Zone conducted the burial rites for G.O.I Mary Nabin, fire service person whose sudden passing occurred in Accra. The funeral activities began on Friday, 27th March 2026, and ended on Sunday, 29th March 2026, in Kpandai.

The program was well attended and served as an opportunity to support the bereaved family while also ministering the message of hope and salvation to all who were present.

3 Baptism and Soul Winning

As a result of the joint service and the funeral outreach, six (6) souls were won to Christ. These converts were baptized on the 30th of March 2026 in the Dindor River. This reflects the zone’s commitment to evangelism and discipleship.

Church Projects

·       The Chinderi branch church building project is now at its final stage. Plastering work has been completed, and the remaining task is painting. We trust God for provision to complete the project soon.

·       The Magnendo church building project is progressing steadily. Work is ongoing, and we appreciate the continuous support from members and partners.

Requests

·       Namondo Branch: The church currently holds services under a tree, which makes worship difficult, especially during harsh weather conditions. We humbly request support for the construction of a pavilion.

·       Lambuisu Branch: This branch is also worshipping under a tree. We are requesting assistance for a pavilion to provide a conducive place for services.

Prayer Requests

·       We humbly request prayers for the following:

·       Spiritual growth and unity across all branches

·       The six newly baptized members, that they remain steadfast in Christ

·       Divine provision to complete church building projects

·       Strength, wisdom, and guidance for leadership

·       Open doors for greater evangelism and church expansion

In conclusion, March 2026 has been a fruitful and impactful month for the Chinderi Zone. We give God all the glory for the souls won, lives impacted, and progress made in our projects. We remain confident that God will continue to lead us into greater achievements in the coming months.

We appreciate your continued prayers and support.

Pastor Yonah Lati

Revival

The Ayigbe Akura zone made up of Malla, Wonando, Bakam and Ayigbe Akura, met at Wonando on the 22nd day of March; the aim of this joint service is to share fellowship and pray with all the church on that road leading to a popular village named Yike. By the grace of God during this meeting, two souls dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ and one soul received Christ and is awaiting baptism.

Funeral / Burial Sevice

Mrs. Grace Abdulai, who joined the church in the year 2007 and was baptized by retired Pastor Samuel Dzobo at Komba Akura she died of a short illness at Tamale Regional Hospital. The church and her family scheduled to bury her on the 20th day of March 2026 at Komba Akura and by God’s grace and intervention the burial and thanks giving service was so successful.

Projects

·       Ayigbe Akura church building project. This local assembly saw it a need to rise above financial limitation to put up a structure because the old building developed cracks, when it rains the place would be flooded. We began by organizing all the youth to pitch in. We have been able to raise this building from molding of cement blocks to footing and currently up to the windows level. Due to shortage of funds we have reached the windows level and at the casting of beam.

Baptisms

Seven souls accepted Jesus as their Lord and personal savior and were baptized by immersion at Yike.

Prayer Request

·       The rededicated two souls and the 7 soul won during joint revival service, That God will touch their lives and use them in the near future.

·       the Ayigbe Akura building project God will touch the heart of many to help us in cash or kind to bring this project to completion.

Kpandai Churches is thrilled to share that two precious souls have been won for Christ this month. We’re grateful for the dedication of our church members and leaders who've worked tirelessly to spread the Gospel.

Let's continue to pray for more opportunities to share Jesus' love and for the harvest of many more souls. Specifically, let's lift up our church leaders and members who've dedicated their resources and energy to this mission - may they be encouraged and empowered to keep shining the light of Christ!

Tadando Christian Church recently organized a peaceful water immersion event, led by our Pastor, Jonathan Sapeh. The group gathered at a serene natural location, where they stood in the water, reflecting and enjoying a moment of tranquility together.

The event was a beautiful expression of faith and community, and we're grateful for Pastor Jonathan's leadership. We're blessed to have such a wonderful church family. These two churches need your prayers and support to do more for Christ.

Daniel Liwamor

Thanks be to Almighty God for the month of March. My family and I are very grateful to God for our lives and the peace that we have. Additionally, I want to thank God for all the activities.

In the month of March, we had annual women's seminar for both men and women on the 4th and 5th of March 2026.

The theme for this year’s program is Effective Communication in Christian Marriage. This took place at Bombari and other churches under Bombari.

And our guest speakers were pastor Minta and wife, Pastor Frances Konadu.  It was interesting, interactive and practical.

Sadly, one of our church members died in Accra the first week in March after the women seminar and her burial took place at Bombari.

Other activities include, organizing more audio Bible classes for Konkomba language groups and Nchumbulu language groups.

My prayer is that, through the power of the transformation the holy spirit the end result will be great.

Here are some pictures of the events.

Pastor Paul

We are grateful to the Almighty for his grace upon our life and the ministry.

It pleases me to share on this platform a story of one of our church member called Mary.

Her daughter was seriously sick. For 3 or 4 days nothing has entered into her stomach. No water no food despite all the treatment. The husband's family decided to send to a fetish priest for local and traditional treatment. She refused and insisted that the Lord will heal her daughter.

A day after I returned from Accra with my wife Mary in tears brought her sick daughter to me for prayers...

By faith I prayed the "Prayer of the Righteous"

At the end of our tears and prayers the little girl asked for water and " Koko" a local porridge.

She returned to the house with a testimony, a joyful heart and a healed daughter.

The brother in-law who's a strong muslin came later in the house for congratulations...

We are proud of serving a living God making "Spiritual Impact" in the life of people in the community.

We are committed to serving HIM for more testimonies

Sampson Darko

I give honor and praise to God Almighty for preserving our lives.

The month of March had been challenging as tension rose and many people died as a result of the conflict. God protected and made provisions for us.

How the military’s invovlment is not solving the issue. Hence the members of the church at Keri have all scattered for their lives.

Please continue to pray for me the church and my family. We are going through tough times.

The audio Bibles were shared but the conflict has shut down the groups. We are all battling for our lives.

Pray for peace to prevail.

Pastor Nwedo Mathew and Pastor Yahaya Abraham

We bring you warm greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May His grace continue to abound in your lives and ministry.

We would like to sincerely thank the FAME Management for their hard work, dedication, and commitment toward the construction of our church pavilions. Your efforts and support have brought us this far, and we are truly grateful. We trust that with God’s help and your continued support, all projects will be brought to full completion. May the Lord richly bless you for your sacrifice and partnership in advancing the Gospel.

1. Church Growth and Testimonies

During the month of March, we experienced God’s grace through our fasting and prayer activities.

In the Jeyiri Assembly, a woman encountered the saving power of Christ during this period and gave her life to Jesus. We thank God for this transformation and pray that she will continue to grow in faith and remain steadfast in the Lord.

2. Growth of the Assemblies

By the grace of God, the DUCIE, Jeyiri, and Bulenga assemblies continue to make progress:

DUCIE Assembly continues to experience steady growth.

Jeyiri Assembly is growing both spiritually and numerically.

Bulenga Assembly remains stable and encouraged.

We are grateful for the continued spiritual development and commitment among the members.

3. Church Projects

We thank God for the progress made on our church infrastructure:

The church pavilion at Bulenga has been completed, though it has not yet been roofed. We trust that with God’s help and the support of management, the roofing will be completed soon.

Work on the Jeyiri pavilion is currently ongoing.

The DUCIE pavilion is yet to be started.

We appreciate God’s provision thus far and continue to pray for the resources and strength needed to complete all projects.

4. Challenges and Bereavement

During the month of March, one of our members in the DUCIE Assembly lost her husband. This has been a difficult time for the family and the church.

We continue to stand with her in prayer, asking the Lord to comfort and strengthen her during this season of grief.

Additionally, many believers still face opposition and questioning from their families and communities because of their faith in Christ. Despite these challenges, they remain committed to following Jesus.

Prayer Requests

·       Pray for the new believer to remain strong and rooted in Christ.

·       Pray for all members to grow in faith and understanding.

·       Pray for discipleship and leadership development.

·       Pray for the bereaved family in DUCIE Assembly.

·       Pray that God will grant them comfort, peace, and strength.

·       Pray for the roofing of the Bulenga pavilion to be completed.

·       Pray for the successful completion of the Jeyiri pavilion.

·       Pray for provision and resources to begin the DUCIE pavilion project.

·       Pray for believers facing opposition from families and communities.

·       Pray for courage, wisdom, and protection.

·       Pray that their testimonies will draw many to Christ.

March has been a month of spiritual growth, answered prayers, and progress in the work of God. The salvation recorded during our fasting and prayer season and the progress of the Bulenga pavilion remind us of God’s faithfulness.

We remain deeply grateful for the partnership and support of FAME Management. We trust that with God’s help and continued support, all that has begun will be brought to completion.
