Faithful Then, Faithful Now, 39 Years of Mission (June 2026)

“Therefore, know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments” Deuteronomy 7:9 NKJV

From Monday, 1st of June to Sunday, 7th of June 2026, we celebrated our Mission Emphasis Week, and God showed up in ways only He can. The Theme was “Laying a Godly Foundation for the Future” 1st Corinthians 3:10. Deeper than a theme, this was a call to rebuild. 39 years is not our strength, it is Grace. 39 years ago, God’s grace gave us the assignment to lay Christ as foundation and the same grace says to us, “Let each one take care how he builds upon it”.  After 39years, the question isn’t “did we start well?” but rather “what are we building on now”. So we went back to the Rock, Christ alone.

We closed at Loagri District, who hosted this year’s Mission Emphasis Week Climax. It was a day of worship, testimonies, and thanksgiving.

Prayer Points

1.     Kindly help us thank God for 39 years of faithfulness. May he continue to be the Rock and only foundation.

2.     Kindly help us pray for wisdom for every church planter, management staff and clinic staff.

3.     Kindly help us pray for the next generation. God should raise men and women who will love God.

4.     Kindly help us pray for Loagri District. Let the climax of worship, testimonies and thanksgiving produce fruits that remain.

PRAYING FOR PEACE (May 2026)

“Continue to remember those in prison as if you were with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering” Hebrews 13:3 NIV

The ongoing ethnic conflict in Keri, Nkwanta South in the Oti Region, between the Akyode, Challa and Adele communities continues to devastate lives. Homes have been burned, lives lost and families forced to flee in fear. Among those hit hardest is one of our Pastors and his household, Pastor Sampson Darko.

He lost everything. His household, the church, the sheep and goats he was rearing and his entire honey business- drums of honey burnt to ash. He took a loan to start that business, now the business is gone, but the debt still remains.

The night the attack came, he and his wife and kids had nowhere to run to. They had to sleep in the bush for two days before they could escape Keri to Abrewankor, a village in Nkwanta South Municipal District, Oti Region which is still within the same region of conflict. Even now, safety is not guaranteed as he’s been informed that he’s being targeted because he chose peace: he led a committee to reconcile the warring tribes since he’s an Akyode himself. Their children’s education has been greatly affected as well.

Prayer Points

1.     Kindly help us pray for Pastor Sampson Drako and his family’s safety. Let God guide him and heal their trauma.

2.     Kindly help us pray for provision as he’s starting afresh. For Shelter, food, medical care, school fees and for debt relief.

3.     Kindly help us pray for his children’s education. Don’t let conflict stop their destiny.

4.     Kindly help us pray for peace in Keri and all Nkwanta South. Let the fighting between the Akode, Challa and Adele stop now. God should replace anger and revenge with forgiveness and understanding.

5.     Kindly help us pray for the church members scattered by the conflict. Gather them safely wherever they’ve fled to and also strengthen them not to give up on God because of this pain.

FAME MAY 2026 MONTHLY REPORTS

Pastor Daniel Tetteh

Samaritan Purse Outreach

Our team conducted gift distributions for children in Jumo and Buffiama through the Samaritan Purse outreach. We engaged 90 children in total — 40 in Jumo and 50 in Buffiama. 60 received gift boxes with materials for academics, daily life, and dreams.

The distributions brought joy and gratitude from children and parents. Families were receptive and relationships were strengthened for ongoing ministry.

Children in both communities are ready and eager to begin the 12-lesson discipleship journey in the coming weeks.

Audio Bible Project Bible Distribution

Classes have begun under the Audio Bible Project. We held our first group meeting with children and families to launch audio Bible listening and discipleship.

Participants showed enthusiasm to engage with God’s Word in their own language. Families expressed appreciation for access to Scripture.

Due to current chieftaincy tension in the area, we have been unable to meet again as a group. No new audio Bible distributions have been made for safety reasons.

We are praying for peace and stability. Once the situation allows, we will resume listening groups and continue the discipleship journey.

Blessed to be a Blessing Convocation (B2B)

I’m glad I attended the B2B Convocation organized by Kwiver & GEMA NEXTGEN. The program opened my eyes to missions and showed how being blessed must lead to action.

Being blessed must lead to mission. Prayer, worship, and revival should connect to sending, discipleship, follow-up, and mentorship.

This reshaped my ministry approach. I’m moving from only preaching to also discipling and sending people. My goal is to help members understand God blesses them to bless others spiritually and physically, and to make our meetings more purposeful.

Thank you for the opportunity and logistics support to be part of this powerful convocation.

Prayer Points

1. Peace and resolution of the chieftaincy tension so Audible Project classes can continue

2. Wisdom and resources to begin the 12 Samaritan Purse lessons in Jumo & Buffiama

3. Grace to apply B2B convictions and raise disciples in Paasaale Land.

Pastor Lengie Lazarus

The month of May 2026 was marked by significant spiritual growth, evangelistic activities, fellowship, and continued development across the Chinderi Zone. The Lord demonstrated His faithfulness through souls won, strengthened fellowship among believers, and progress in various church projects.

We give all glory to God for His protection, provision, and the many testimonies recorded throughout the month.

 2. Key Activities

 Fasting and Prayer

All Fridays in May were observed as days of fasting and prayer across the Chinderi Branch. Members devoted themselves to seeking God's face for personal growth, church advancement, and community transformation. Through these spiritual exercises, many testimonies of answered prayers, healing, breakthroughs, and renewed faith were shared by members.

 Zonal Joint Service at Lambuisu

On 24th May 2026, the Chinderi Zone successfully held a Zonal Joint Service at Lambuisu. The gathering brought together believers from various branches for a powerful time of worship, prayer, fellowship, and encouragement.

The service strengthened unity among members and provided an opportunity for believers to interact, build friendships, and share experiences in their Christian Walk. We thank God for the success of this gathering and the impact it made on all participants.

 Soul Winning and Baptism

As part of our fasting and outreach program, a day was dedicated to house-to-house evangelism. Through this effort, two souls accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and were baptized in the Dindor River.

We rejoice over these new converts and pray that they will continue to grow in faith and remain steadfast in their walk with Christ.

 Evangelism Team Expansion

We are pleased to report that the evangelism team at Abrewanko Branch continues to grow and expand. More members are showing commitment to outreach activities and participating actively in spreading the Gospel within their communities.

This development has increased the branch's capacity for evangelism and discipleship, and we trust God for even greater harvests in the coming months.

 3. Audio Bible Distribution Initiative

FAME Ghana, through the leadership of the Church Planting Committee Chairman, Pastor John, continued the distribution of Nchumuru Audio Bibles within the Pistis Christian Churches in the Chinderi Zone. This initiative aims to address literacy and language barriers, making God's Word accessible to people in their native Nchumuru language.

 Distribution and Follow-Up Activities

The Audio Bibles were distributed to church members and individuals in surrounding communities. To maximize their impact, the following activities were carried out: home visitations, fellowship meetings, Bible teaching sessions, demonstrations on the use of the audio Bibles, encouragement for family listening and sharing of the Word.

These efforts have enabled beneficiaries to understand and effectively use the Audio Bibles for spiritual growth.

 4. Impact On Church and Community

The Audio Bible initiative and other ministry activities have continued to produce positive results, including: spiritual growth, scriptural engagement, personal transformation, community encouragement, increased church participation

5. Testimonies and Feedback

Numerous testimonies have been received from church members and beneficiaries of the Audio Bible project. Many expressed gratitude to FAME Ghana for making God's Word available in a language they understand clearly.

Several beneficiaries testified that regular listening to the Audio Bible has strengthened their faith, increased their understanding of Scripture, and improved their prayer lives.

 6. Church Projects

 Chinderi Branch Church Building

The Chinderi church building project has reached its final stage. Plastering has been successfully completed, and the remaining work involves painting and final finishing. We continue to trust God for financial provision to complete the project and dedicate the building for worship.

 Magnendo Branch Church Building

Construction work at the Magnendo Branch continues to progress steadily. We appreciate the sacrifices and support of members, partners, and well-wishers who have contributed toward the project.

 7. Challenges

Despite the progress recorded during the month, some branches continue to face challenges relating to worship facilities and ministry resources.

The increasing demand for Audio Bibles and the lack of permanent worship structures in some communities remain areas requiring urgent attention.

 8. Requests

Infrastructure Support

Namondo Branch

  • The congregation currently worships under a tree.

  • Support is needed to construct a pavilion for church services and gatherings.

 Lambuisu Branch

  • The church also worships under a tree.

  • Assistance is needed for the construction of a pavilion to provide a conducive worship environment.

 Audio Bible Support

Due to growing interest from churches and surrounding communities, the Chinderi Zone requests additional Nchumuru Audio Bibles to meet the increasing demand.

 9. Prayer Requests

We humbly request prayers for:

  • Continued spiritual growth and unity among all branches.

  • The newly baptized believers to remain steadfast in Christ.

  • Divine provision for the completion of ongoing church building projects.

  • Strength, wisdom, and guidance for pastors and church leaders.

  • More souls to be won through evangelism and outreach activities.

  • Open doors for church planting and expansion within the zone.

We express our sincere appreciation to FAME Ghana, church leadership, ministry partners, and all members for their prayers, encouragement, and support throughout the month. We also extend our heartfelt condolences to families within the zone who experienced bereavement during this period. We pray that the Lord will comfort and strengthen them.

Pastor Yonah Lati

By the grace of God, all the Audio Bibles received are still operational.

We received Audio Bibles in the following languages: Konkomba, Nchumuru, and Chokosi.

Field Update – Wonando

During my visit to Wonando, Madam Tigala Cicicia and her family have one Audio Bible. The family gathers every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evening to listen to it. They are very excited and she said, “Pastor, we understand it better in our own language.”

She also shared that the chief of their village, who is not yet a believer, requested that I be informed to give him one of these Audio Bibles.

 Testimonies

1. Family Revival – Madam Tigala’s Home: The whole household now sets aside 3 nights a week just to listen to God’s Word together. Madam Tigala said the Audio Bible has brought unity and deeper understanding to their family devotions.

2. Chief’s Interest – Wonando: The village chief, though not yet a believer, has heard about the Audio Bible and personally requested one. This opens a door for the Gospel to reach the leadership of the community.

Prayer Requests

1. Pray that more Audio Bibles will be sent in Konkomba and Nchumuru, because many people in these communities still need them.

2. Pray that as people listen, God will use His Word to transform hearts and minds to accept Him as Lord and personal Savior.

3. Pray for transportation. We need motorcycles to enable us to reach all villages and collect reports on the use of the Audio Bibles.

Thank you for your support and prayers.

Pastor Ernest Nyador

The month of May was full with heavy rainfalls, which interrupted church services sometimes.

It also slowed evangelism and many other activities.

God's presence never ceases with members. One backslider came back, upon series of visitations and counselling.

We were privileged to be part of the leaders training by Dr Ross Weissman. It was a moment of dedication and revival.

On a very sad note, we lost two of our members in May. One due to old age, while the other was due to labour sepsis.

May their souls rest in peace.

Routine activities at the facility continue. The zeal of the staff to work is encouraging. A lot of health education is being intensified. This is to create awareness of health implications of delayed health services.

A young mother died last week, as a result of labour sepsis.

The month of May was full of heavy and frequent rains. It has affected the OPD attendance for the facility.

We pray for good weather, health and safety for all.

Pastor Yeboah Ernest Junior

All praises to our Lord and God Yeshua HaMashaich for His kindness and protection towards us during the month of May 2026.

All Church activities are still ongoing to the glory of our Lord and God. We are thankful to God for keeping us always in His presence. He filled our hearts with joy and peace.

We appreciate all your support and prayers from Fame Ghana to the Church. We continue to pray for the Church. May the month of June be full of greater works in Jesus’ name.

All praises to our Lord and God Jesus Christ for His compassion toward us during the month of May 2026.

Devotions and clinical works are still ongoing. By the grace of God, staff continues to deliver good health to patients from Benwoko and its surrounding villages and towns. Christ Jesus is preached to the patients and morning devotion is observed before clinical activities start to Glory of God.

During the month of May, there was no referral case to any health centre because Jesus helped us to handle sick patients and they got healed in Jesus mighty name.

We appreciate and thank Fame Ghana for the continued supply of medicines on time, which enables us to deliver good healthcare to our patients.

Pastor Collins Mawusi-Banda

Calvary greetings to us all in the name of our master Jesus Christ.

We extend special greetings to Fellowship of Association of Medical Evangelism (FAME)Ghana, partners, sponsors and all our donors.

The Lord has kept all churches, leaders and members safe and sound.

Activities

By the grace and help of the Holy spirit we were able to:

  • Organise evangelism at Katiejeli which led fifteen souls to Christ.

  • Organise a three-day crusade at Katiejeli from 22nd to 24th May 2026 which led a new church to start at Katiejeli with the new souls won for Christ.

  • Bible teachings and prayers services were conducted with the theme: Be Aware of False Teachers.

  • Have a successful baby naming and dedication ceremony was conducted to the glory of God.

Testimony

  • We thank God for His saving power that delivered deacon James from the power of death when he was involved in a terrible motto accident.

  • We again thank God for the blessings of rainfall after prayers were made at the end of our three-day crusade at Katiejeli.

  • We thank God for His grace that has helped us to start a new church at Katiejeli with the number of both adults and children of Nineteen as our first meeting.

Prayer Request

1. Pray with us for the new church at Katiejeli to experience the growth of God both spiritually and numerically.

2. Pray with us that more souls should be won for Christ as we continue evangelism this month of June.

3. Pray with us for God's provision of a pavilion as a permanent place of worship for the Wiae church assembly to avoid sitting under trees and other people taking away the church land.

4. Pray with the churches and members to have good harvest of crops and to be able to support financially to God's kingdom work.

5. Pray with us for donors, sponsors and members to support financially to roofing and other projects of the Banda mission house building project.

The state of our old building is getting damaged and becoming worse because of the severe wind blowing and raining.

Paul Akuteye

A popular and encouraging Bible verse for May is Numbers 6: 24 – 26; which offers a blessing of peace and protection. May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you His favour and give you peace.

We are grateful to God for how far He had helped the Pistis family worldwide to give to the late Dr. Lydia Nyador a befitting burial. I know the God Lord will replenish everything each of us had spent during the laying of her body to rest. May God richly bless you all for the roles all of you played.

The month of May in Ghana this year and the previous years is welcome by our women who are our mothers and our workers. The month of May this year I had laid to rest two of my cousins who had passed into eternity.

Mr. Saeed Yakubu, who is a newly converted Muslim who only joined the church last year (July 2025) has had stroke. Through prayers, the church also helped in footing his hospital bills in the University of Science and Technology hospital in Kumasi. He has not fully recovered; please pray for him.

Bismark Kassata

We give God all the glory for His mercies upon our lives. The churches in Ntrubo Area are doing well as usual except that the individual members have their own problems as far as physical and financial challenges are concerned.

The women’s fellowship has set aside Tuesdays to visit the churches in the Ntrubo Area to fast and pray for the church and to awake the women spiritually.

All the Ntrubo women will converge at Brewaniase and the next two weeks in a different church and the Lord is performing wonders where others are receiving healing from various kinds of diseases and others also are being delivered from the bondages of the devil.

House to house evangelism has been going on at some Akan communities for a new church to be planted – pray with us.

l humbly ask for prayer for the leadership of the Ntrubo churches to be submissive to the authorities of the church.

Pray for the family of God that there will be market for their farm products because the cost of living is very miserably bad.

This affects church income and the attendance.

Pastor Felix Nsejamese

We thank and praise God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for His love kindness show to us.

By the grace of God all church activities are ongoing.  In Kumdi church three people gave their life to Jesus.

Our evangelism team is also sharing Dr R Wissmann’s Jesus Loves me.

When we gathered the people, we start the Audio Bible with them.

We give thanks to Almighty God and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for His love and kindness.

As we share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, we started Audio Bible with sister Alice and we also saw the need to give the lady who is a lame the mobility cart to help her movement.

She was so grateful to God, Fame and our sponsors for that kindness shown to her.

We received three hospital beds from our Ho MP Matthew Nyindam.

Pastor Kingsley Nyindam

We thank God for His faithfulness and protection.

The month of May was very eventful; we had Dr. Ross Wissman who held a training session for our area churches. A great number of church leaders, potential leaders, and some members were all present for the training for two days.

I am so glad to report the provision of four pavilions for our area churches were fully completed. The provision of the pavilions has started yielding results, six people received Christ and were baptized at Nambong one the recipient community last month. They also now have a decent place of worship; their meetings are no longer interrupted by the weather.

Sampson Darko

I praise the Lord for his divine protection on his children. The Lord has been gracious and day by day, makes way for his children to remain faithful. Although, some of them have been backsliding due to the conflict in the area.

Please continue to pray for the church members that they will hold to Jesus Christ alone. The situation in Keri is bad. People can't move freely. Hence members of the church are in hiding.

Pray for the household church at Abrewankor, and the people for repentance. Pray for me, my family as well as my children's education. May God bring destiny helpers in situations.

Pastors Nwedo Mathew & Yahaya Abraham

"Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." (Philippians 1:2)

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We thank God for His unfailing faithfulness and for your continued support of our ministries, church projects, and evangelistic efforts.

We give heartfelt thanks to God for His unending faithfulness, protection, and guidance throughout this month. We are grateful for His provision in our personal lives, our ministries, and the church projects. We also sincerely thank all of you our partners, supporters, and prayer warriors—for standing with us in prayer, encouragement, and financial support. Your partnership is bearing fruit in the lives of many, and together we rejoice in what God is doing through us.

1. Spiritual Breakthroughs

May has been a month of tremendous blessings. My wife, Gifty Wanyawuni, who comes from a Muslim background, hosted her brother, who had been listening to an audio Bible, she gave him. During his stay, he participated in morning devotions and Bible studies, and by God’s grace, accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. This brought great joy to our family and strengthened our testimony of God’s transformative power.

2. Church Growth

Our assemblies continue to grow both spiritually and numerically. Many individuals impacted by medical outreaches, evangelism, and other ministries have taken steps toward faith in Christ. We are encouraged by the fruit of these efforts and continue to focus on discipleship and nurturing new believers.

3. Church Projects

The pavilions at Jeyiri, Bulenga and Ducie are structurally completed but remain to be roofed. We continue to pray for God’s provision so that these spaces can serve as safe and functional areas for worship, fellowship, and outreach.

4. Ministry Development and Personal Updates

This month, I travelled from Bulenga in the Upper West Region to the Eastern Region, Winneba, to attend a two week Leaders Matters Course. By God’s grace, the journey was fruitful, and I returned safely, full of insights and strategies to strengthen our leadership and ministry impact.

Additionally, Pastor Yahaya Abraham, experienced a motor accident. By God’s mercy, he is strong and recovering well. We give all glory to God for His protection and sustaining power.

5. Challenges and Prayer Needs

  • Pray for believers facing opposition from families and communities.

  • Pray for the completion of the roofing for the pavilions at Jeyiri and Ducie.

  • Pray for ongoing spiritual growth, discipleship, and leadership development in the assemblies.

  • Pray for God’s protection and guidance over all ministry travels and outreach programs.

The month of May has shown us God’s faithfulness, protection, and the power of His Word. Despite challenges, we continue to see lives transformed, churches grow, and ministry projects advance. We are grateful for your prayers, support, and partnership in this work. Together, we rejoice in all that God is accomplishing for His Kingdom.

Pastor Francis Addae

God is so good to my ministry, my life and my family.

In the month of May God has shown His blessings to me.

Salaga ministries are doing fine the leadership is still ongoing to our duties even though we are still struggling.

In the churches we are all moulding cement blocks for church building and two (Abelekora and Katanga) of them are waiting to roof their chapel. The more years our financial strength has come down. Therefore, we are asking for aid to roof our chapel.

I want to use this opportunity to thank God for his provision in my health issues. However, I am still appealing for you to come to my aid. I also thank those who are supporting my kidney health in prayer.

In the family, Faustina Addae, my daughter who is a midwife under Ekumdi Fame Clinic, got married on the 16th May at my house in my hometown at Dunkwa in Central Region.

Glory be to God for the successful marriage of the family.

Makango and its environment communities are so prideful about our fame facility at Makango Fame Clinic.

Our staff is working so hard. Some staff are working 12-hour shifts which has left them overworked; therefore, there's a need to get more staff to the facility.

We also thank the management team for timely supply of drugs and also thank the procurement department Pastor Francis Konadu and his team.

We also appeal to the management team to have the contractor back on the project as we stand the risk of losing building materials since we are in rainy reasons. We're hoping to see more development in the facility.

Pastor Paul

We give thanks to God for the gift of life and abundant grace upon the ministry.

We witnessed in this month a lot financial challenges among our members especially the farmers. Because the prices of last year harvest have dropped significantly. Nevertheless, none of us gave up.

The leadership of the church decided to assist 12 of them by securing tractors to start ploughing their lands.

A chieftaincy fight also has been well managed through our prayers and strategies in a miming community very closed to us, where our members were seriously involved.

By his grace we got the victory at the end.

We give thanks to God for his mercy and grace upon the clinics. No casualties have been recorded.

The rehabilitation works at Loagri are still on going. The aim is to give a better condition of work to the staff and also provide a space to the patients.

At the beginning of the month of march we visited a patient after being discharged from the clinic.

The woman (Safia) just told us that she saw her death and she was still alive because of the clinic. She encouraged us for saving our presence as a clinic in the community.

Any times we have the opportunity we share the Good News and pray with with the staff and patients.

All glory to the Almighty for taking us through this month.

We are impressed by the state of the new building in the clinic of Loagri.

We are hoping that it will be completed by the end of June.

We want to report that we got a new tricycle ambulance aimed for fast and easy transportation of patients.

In the clinic of Yizesi we are facing a chronicle diarrhea among the community.

We thank God, the staff is present day and night for responding to all the cases.

We are also providing as a church the spiritual support.

Sharing of the Good news of Christ is also ongoing.

Raining season is always a challenge for the clinics in the community where farming activities are paramount to survival.

We pray for grace and commitment for another wonderful walk with the Lord.

We thank the leadership for this great and faithful collaboration

Prayers Request

We pray for the works in Loagri to be completed on time.

We also pray for the second edition of the upcoming Medical Outreach in the land of Bulenga.

For more souls to give their life to Christ.

Pastor John Newman Peni

An amount of eight thousand Ghana cedis (GHC 8,000) was releases from the missions fund in support of building a Sunday School block for the Unity Christian Church- Nkwanta. We have started and have reached the footing level and about to erect the pillars. At this stage an amount of eleven thousand, seven hundred and sixteen cedis (11,716.00) had been spent.

Prayer Request:

1.Pray for peace in the Nkwanta area

2.We need a mechanized bore-hole at Tutukpene to help with good drinking water.

3. Pray for additional motor-cycle in support of the only one I have

At the time of Pastor Collins Mawusi at Kpassa, they bought a piece of land for the church which needs to be developed to prevent encroaching. I plead with the management to help build a pavilion for Kpassa to keep the land secure.

Pastor Daniel Liwamor

Three new souls from Kanjido received baptism after Sunday church service.
