Laying a Godly Foundation for What’s Next

“According to the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder… but each one should build with care.”— 1 Corinthians 3:10

As we begin this new year, we are intentionally focusing on the year’s theme; Laying a Godly Foundation for What’s Next. We are convinced that lasting impact is built on strong spiritual, relational, and organizational foundations. In a context where resources are inadequate and challenges are real, we are choosing to build carefully—guided by faith, wisdom, and obedience. We believe that what we establish now will shape the strength and sustainability of our ministry in the years ahead.

In Loving Memory: Dr. Lydia Glover-Nyador

It is with deep sorrow, yet with hope in Christ, that we share the passing of Dr. Lydia Glover-Nyador (Wife of Enoch Nyador), co-founder of Ghana Christian Mission.

Lydia was a woman of faith, vision, and compassion. Alongside the founding leadership, she helped lay the spiritual and organizational foundations upon which this mission continues to stand today. Her medical background as a general practitioner and an Ophthalmologist contributed significantly to the establishment of the seven clinics we currently operate. Her life and service embodied sacrifice, humility, and unwavering commitment to God’s work and to the people of Ghana and beyond.

As we reflect on our theme this year, we are reminded that many of the foundations we are building upon were laid through her faithfulness and obedience. We honor her legacy by continuing the work she believed in and served with dedication.

Her burial will take place on April 25, 2026. We ask our partners, staff, and friends to keep the family and the entire Ghana Christian Mission community in prayer during this time of loss.

Strengthening Our Foundations

Across our work, this year, we are prioritizing the following areas in all our main pillars:

  • Godly leadership and integrity

  • Clear systems and accountability

  • Locally developed solutions

  • People-centered ministry

Whether through church planting, health services, or community engagement, our focus remains the same: serving faithfully with what God has entrusted to us.

Our church planters continue to labor faithfully in challenging environments—often with little visibility, limited infrastructure, and great personal sacrifice. They are laying spiritual foundations in communities where the Gospel is still taking root. We remain committed to supporting them as they build healthy, Christ-centered fellowships that can endure and multiply.

Our health teams serve on the frontlines, providing care and hope in underserved communities. Their compassion, professionalism, and resilience are a powerful testimony of God’s love in action. We continue to strengthen systems, teamwork, and local capacity to ensure sustainable and quality care for the future.

Looking Ahead

This year is about alignment, strengthening, and preparation. As we lay godly foundations—spiritually and practically—we trust God to bring growth in His time and in His way.

Thank you to our partners, supporters, staff, and volunteers for standing with us. Together, we continue laying a godly foundation for the future.

Prayer Focus

  • Comfort for the family of Dr. Lydia Glover-Nyador

  • Strength for our leaders, staff, and church planters

  • Wisdom as we build carefully and faithfully

  • God’s guidance for the season ahead

  • Pray for ongoing Staff and leaders’ retreat.

Monthly Reports

Pastor Kingsley Nyindam

To God be all the glory and honor for carrying us through the twelfth month of the year, and for his goodness towards both the staff and the clients.

A consignment of medical supplies was received to aid the smooth running of the facility.

The few nurses who are available keep the facility running. Pray that we get dedicated staff. We pray, and encourage both the staff and our clients in our devotions.

The extension work has since been completed and awaits commissioning.

Pastor Ernest Nyador

The year 2025 under review is very successful.

The faithfulness of God is sufficient for the facility.

The month of December was not exempted of His grace and provisions.

Devotions were dear to each one.

Participation was very encouraging.

Other normal clinical activities were done satisfactorily with much vigor.

Every sector did well except low number of babies born during the year

under review.

It was triggered by a condition known or reported to Fame Management. There will be a solution soon.

We were grateful to receive our portion of the medical supplies from USA.

We pray for better achievements in 2026 and beyond.

We express our profound gratitude to Fame Management Team, both local and abroad, for their passion toward all facilities and staffs.

Baptisms

These two souls were baptized by immersion this afternoon; keep them in prayers for stability and growth.

Pastor Yeboah Ernest Junior

‎We are grateful to our Lord and God Jesus Christ for His steadfast love towards us during the month of December.

We appreciate the goodness of God towards us from January to December 2025. Glory and praise to Him alone forever.

All devotions and clinical works are fully operational to the glory of our Lord and God Jesus Christ. God continues to use the staff to improve the health of our clients when they are sick.

We appreciate all the continuous supply of medicines and items by Fame Ghana on time, which enables us to deliver good healthcare to our patients in Jesus Christ's mighty name. We hope and pray for that 2026 will be full of blessings and outstanding miracles in Jesus Christ's mighty name.

Pastor Felix

I give thanks and praise to Almighty God for His ultimate protection, guidance, and faithfulness throughout the year.

By the grace, we have continued the work of hearing the body and soul, through Fame.

With so many challenges – some being the shortage of nurses, but the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has been upon us, preserving our lives.

The clinical work has not just ended in the clinic but has extended to the community outreach programs.

We had a labor case which was referred to Salaga Hospital. Unfortunately, she delivered a stillborn on their way and had to come back to Fame Clinic, Kumdi, for assistance.

By the grace of God, the woman is doing well.

We thank God for His continued protection and provision, and we thank all supporters who stand up with us in prayer and support. we remain committed to serving faithfully and trusting God for greater impact in the days ahead.
