Moses, after leading the Israelites for 40 years, passed on the Baton to Joshua. Today we share the story of John Prince Yevu also passing the Baton to Nicholas Owusu Sekyere.
In the year 2008, Prince was sent to the Afram Plains to be a witness of our Lord Jesus. After 15 years of ministry, he started four churches at Ahiatroga, Aframso, Agbokpakorpe and Mame Krobo. Nearly 700 souls were baptized and discipled. Several of these people have matured to become leaders in the local churches. Today, he is proud to quote the words of apostle Paul in saying: ….7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.”
He adds: To God be all the glory for the great things He has accomplished through my ministry to advance His Kingdom upon the earth. This is the doing of the Lord and indeed it is marvelous in our sight! Thank you to GCM for the opportunity to serve. Thanks to my sponsoring churches and to all those who made this fifteen-year journey possible and fruitful through your consistent giving, encouragement and prayer support, God richly bless you.
Nicholas on the other hand is highly enthused about the opportunity to serve in the Aram Plains. He and his family accepted the call and moved to live among the people of Afram Plains. Kindly pray for both John and Nicholas in this transition period as well as the guidance of God in the continuity of the evangelists works.

Dam Water Spillage Catastrophy
Few weeks ago, the main dam in Ghana at Akosombo was spilled due to excess water from relentless rains in Burkina Faso. Downstream, over 50,000 people have been affected. Several communities have been submerged, people have lost their homes and all their properties. 1000s of acres of farmland have been submerged.
Although the government and some individuals have come in to support the victims, it has been inadequate as many of the victims remain homeless and hopeless. There is an urgent need to provide food, water, clothing, healthcare, and temporal accommodation.
Kindly pray for God to provide the needs of these brothers and sisters in crisis. To you our faithful donors, we ask that you prayerfully consider what you might be able to do and then share this with any friends who may have a heart for helping in this disaster.
Praise God for over 50 people who were baptized in October.
Thank God for a successful feasibility study done at Fumsi where the Sisala Pasaal People Group are located. Pray for funds to start new work among the Sisala Pasaal ($60,000 needed, $31,000 raised).

Despite the pressure in her family Samantha (a church member) was able to convince her 2 sisters to follow her the church. I am looking forward to baptizing them very soon.
Prayer request: I will be going to the difficult ground where Christian missionaries are under threat; pray for my safety.
May God continue to bless and keep all of us.
Pastor Bismark Kassatta
We send you greetings from Ntrubo area Churches.
The grace of God is keeping the church in the area well.
We show appreciation to God for his blessings. This is as a result of the program we are embarking on dubbed “Operation one member one soul”:
Baptism:
As a result of the above program, we have had about 26 new souls; 13 of which were baptized early this year. The other 13 received their baptism this month.
We request you to pray for the newly born Christians to remain under God's grace.
We request you to pray for the new leaders that were ordained into the Ntrubo Area Churches as elders, deacons and deaconesses to remain committed to the work of God.
We also request your prayer support for the church in the Ntrubo area to meet our target for the soul winning.
My family and I wish to request for good drinking water since the rains are going to end soon, we will have to be buying water every day; we are aware there is no money and we pray for financial doors to open.
We also request you to pray for the church in the Ntrubo area to remain focused on God because there are false prophets who are working seriously to scatter the flock of God through their devious ways.
We appreciate your commitment to the work of God and may He bless you beyond measure.
Pastor Samuel Dzobo
May the grace and peace of God be multiplied unto us all.
I bring you greetings from the Borae No.2 District Pistis Christian Churches. By the mercies and favor of God, the pastors, elders and members in the Pistis family in the district are all doing well.

These branches embarked on a two-day revival to recognize and appreciate the hard work of the district Pastor (Pastor Samuel Dzobo) and his retirement coming on in the month of December 2023. By the grace of God this program was very successful.

These branches meet at the end of every month. In their last month’s meeting, the zone leaders planned to raise funds to purchase a set of drums for zonal programs. The targeted amount to be raised was GHS 3,200. By the grace and the intervention of God almighty the program was very successful and the target amount was realized.
PROJECTS
1. Borae Central Church building project: The project is still ongoing and hasn’t been completed yet. The project is left with plastering with cement, fixing of windows, flooring with tiles and painting.

Pastor Paul Akuteye
I am very much excited that we are in the last quarter of the year 2023.
I am very grateful to God that we had a smooth journey for the past eight months. Now we are in the nineth month. To God be all the glory.
We celebrated six baby naming ceremonies. The families brought a lot of visitors that really made the month a memorable one.
We have been having a lot of rainfalls in the month of September, but all our services – both the mornings and the evenings were not disturbed.
The good news is that our services in the evening is now better than the morning celebrations in terms of numbers. Our members defy the rains and come in their numbers to pray on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Our time for Sunday morning services has changed from 9:00am to 8:00am. By 11:30 am church service is over. Indeed, God is doing something new this year 2023.
There is a great change after the Easter Convention in Kintampo.
I request for your prayer support for a financial breakthrough for all the sponsors, pastors, elders, and the church workers.
May the few months left in the year 2023 bring you much blessings. We really appreciate your partnership.
Pastor Kingsly Nyinam

Greetings from Salaga to you all. By the grace of God, we are doing well.
In the month of September, The Lord provided all our needs and in my travels despite the challenges.
We are very grateful to the Lord and continue to ask for his presence and protection over my family.
By his grace a couple (pictured below) gave their lives to God and were baptized into Christ; Kindly pray for their faith to grow.

Challenges
The Churches have a major challenge of which is a meeting place. During the raining season, several of the churches are unable to meet. Currently, Our priority is to build one pavilion for the Sunday School Children since, they are our future leaders. For this reason, the women fellowship is trying to raise funds in the middle of the month of October to have this Pavilion built for our children. The timeline to finish this project is before the end of November. The target for this important project is about Ghc 3,000.00.
Prayer Requests
We need your prayer support to help this agenda of helping to irradicate churches under trees. It is my hope and prayer to build the Sunday School Pavilion. If you are touched and want to join this project, God bless you as you think and pray about this.
Secondly, we need your prayer support for our new friends - Jama Nkwanta Church and Banda Buya, to be able to grow in truth and in faith. Several people in the community are still into idolatry and believe in the traditional way.
Thank you very much and may the good Lord bless us all.
Ps Daniel Liwamor
To God be the glory for the month of September is over; in spite of the challenges, we have been through, His grace has covered us throughout the year.
Church activities have slowed down due to the nature of the rains. Several Churches are unable to meet whenever it rains. There is a dire need for pavilions.
Please pray for a new motorcycle. Each time some parts of my motorcycle get damaged, it takes about three to six months to be repaired because the parts are rare. I'm therefore appealing to management to raise funds to have it replaced.
Pastor Felix Nsejamese
