Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. - 3 John 1:2 NKJV

Consultation by Hong Tran, MD from GHO
Consultation by Hong Tran, MD from GHO

At Ghana Christian Mission (GCM), we desire to see people receive healing for their bodies as they receive salvation for their souls as well. It is because of this desire that GCM, in collaboration with Agave Christian Unity Association (ACUA), partners with Global Health Outreach (GHO) annually to carry out a five-day medical outreach in the Agave area of the Volta region.

To the glory of God, this year’s outreach took place from Monday, 28th July to Friday, 1st August, 2025 at Akutukope, near Adutor, in the South Tongu District of the Volta region. The mission was aimed at addressing the physical health needs of the villagers while sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the ultimate goal of winning souls for His Kingdom.

The medical services offered at the outreach were general medical consultations, free medications, minor blood works, reading glasses and wound care, health education and counseling. After the outreach, more 2200 people were treated, with over 40 people giving their lives to Christ and about 20 rededicating their lives to Christ. Also, over 5,000 prescriptions were distributed.

Several individuals testified of both physical healing and spiritual encounters during the outreach. One lady remarked that the outreach was a timely intervention for her and her family. She had been down with sickness for some time but didn’t have money to visit the nearest clinic. She believes the medications provided and prayers for her were God-sent. She joyfully said, “ I prayed to God when I was sick to send me help and He answered through this outreach”.

The outreach was a great success both medically and spiritually. We give all glory to God for using the team as vessels to bring healing and salvation to Akutukope and its neighboring villages. The villagers expressed deep appreciation, and many lives were touched eternally. Follow-up plans have been put in place to ensure that new converts are discipled and integrated into local churches.

Thanks to GHO, ACUA and everyone who gave, prayed and supported this outreach.

Prayer points:

  • Kindly help us thank the Lord for all church planters and clinic staff of GCM who continue to share the Good News about our Lord Jesus Christ through the churches and clinics.

  • Kindly help us thank the Lord for the management and board of GCM.

  • Kindly help us thank the Lord for all donors and partners who have consistently supported GCM over the years. Pray that God will bless them and replenish all resources spent on GCM.

  • Kindly pray for the team from GHO that came to Ghana from USA to be a part of the medical outreach.

  • Kindly pray that all the souls won through the medical outreach will remain rooted and grounded in Christ.

  • Kindly pray for hearts to be open to the Gospel in other hard-to-reach places.

  • Kindly pray for GCM as we have started preliminary engagement with the Kantosi people at Kpalworgu in the Upper West region.

  • Pray for all upcoming trips of GCM during the month of August and the rest of the year.

  • Pray for Dr Lydia Nyador who needs is undergoing emergency health care.

JUNE 2025 MONTHLY REPORTS

Pastor Lengie Lazarus

Calvary greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We give thanks to God for His continuous protection, provision, and grace over the pastors, elders, and members of the Chinderi Zone throughout the month of June 2025. We remain steadfast in our commitment to the Kingdom work and are grateful for the unity and dedication of the brethren in this zone.

Activities undertaken

By the grace of God, the following key activities were successfully carried out during the month of June:

1. Mission Emphasis Week

The Mission Emphasis Week took place from Monday, June 2 to Sunday, June 8 2025. The program was a success and was well received by the church community. Due to its impactful nature, we propose that this event be held twice annually moving forward.

2. Naming Ceremony

A joyful naming ceremony was conducted on Sunday, June 15, 2025, for the newborn child of one of our church members. The baby was named Wumborgna Isaac Npoamo. We thank God for the gift of life and celebrate this addition to the family of faith.

3. Sunday School Ministry Program

A vibrant Sunday School program was organized with the leadership and support of Madam Biyajo Abigail. The event ran from Friday, 20th June to Sunday, 22nd June 2025. It was a spiritually enriching time for the children, marked by Bible teachings, songs, and activities that strengthened their foundation in Christ.

Ongoing Projects

 1. Chinderi Church Building Project

Unfortunately, progress on the Chinderi Branch church building project remains slow. The arrival of the rainy season has further hindered our efforts, making it increasingly difficult to hold church services due to the lack of adequate shelter. We continue to trust God for divine provision and intervention to bring this important project to completion.

Prayer Requests

We kindly ask for your continued prayers and support in the following areas:

1. Establishment of a New Branch at Abrewanko

We have begun preliminary discussions and groundwork to plant a new church branch in the village of Abrewanko. We request prayers for divine guidance, favor, and open doors as we pursue this mission. We have started with six (6) members while working hard to organize a crusade in October 2025.

2. Completion of the Chinderi Church Building

Please join us in praying that God will touch the hearts of individuals and organizations to generously support the completion of the Chinderi church building. Our goal is to create a suitable and permanent place of worship that can serve the growing congregation without hindrance.

We sincerely thank all our partners, supporters, and intercessors for standing with us in prayer and support. Your contributions continue to make a difference in advancing the Gospel in the Chinderi Zone and beyond. May the Lord bless and reward you abundantly.

Paul Akuteye

June is a month where God’s provision becomes evident in our lives.

June is also associated with new beginnings, divine visitations.

Although the church in Kumasi is embarked on a 40 -day fasting and prayers, I have lost both my only sister and one of my nephews. My sister was buried in the 1st week of June and my nephew on 27th – 28th of June 2025.

The church also had a revival service which is a mid – year program which brought all three assemblies together from the 25th – 29th of June, 2025.

The Lord has been very good to us as a church.

We are believing God to help the church members’ businesses flourish for church members to be able to help with the roofing of the church auditorium to deter the armed robbers from entering into the vestry.

We are also believing God that as we come to Him in these months of June and July, He will also look upon us and give us rest on every side.

We need your prayer support as we are embarking on completing the roofing of our church auditorium at Oduom in Kumasi.

We are believing God that after these renewal joint services and the 40 days fasting and prayers, members will attend church regularly, bring others consistently, volunteer joyfully and share Jesus as the gospel willingly.

Pastor Ernest Nyador

God has been good towards the church throughout the month of June.

The church is stable and alive.

Evangelism and other church activities are still ongoing.

We will start fixing glasses in the window of the chapel. That is the developmental agenda for the church in July.

Work will begin work once the rain subsides a little.

We request prayers for good health, success of our handiworks, more souls and peace for everyone.

Praise be to God for His leadership in June.

During the heavy rains, storms, lightning and thunder, His presence was with us.

Normal clinical activities are still ongoing with much enthusiasm.

There is much improvement in every sector.

The water constraints at the facility is being taken care of by the Fame Management Team.

We hope for more improvement and achievements in the coming months.

Pastor Yeboah Ernest Junior

We are grateful to God for His kindness and love towards us during the month of June.

All church activities are still ongoing to the glory of God. Asking the Holy Spirit to help us continuously grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Keep praying for the membership of our church to increase, while we engage in evangelism and follow-ups.

We appreciate all support and prayers from Fame Ghana to the church. God bless Fame Ghana in Jesus Christ.

We thank God for His mercy and love towards us during the month of June.

Devotions: Prayer and sharing the word of God are still ongoing in the facility. Salvation message is being taught and staff are encouraged to discharge their duties well, knowing that, we shall be accountable to God during this life and hereafter.

Clinic: All clinical activities are still ongoing. All staff gladly perform their works, which continue to yield good healthcare to our patients.

Challenges: Continuous power outages is a constant headache. The woods of the parking canopy shelter for motorcycles are weak, some broken and part of roofing sheets removed by rainstorms. We hope for speedy replacement of it by management.

We appreciate all timely and continuous supply of medicine by Fame Ghana, enabling us to deliver good healthcare to our patients.

God bless Fame Health Service as we continue to spread the Fame of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.  Lamentations 3:22–23

Introduction

The month of June has been a remarkable season in our mission journey. God’s grace has carried us through with strength, direction, and fruitfulness. In every step, we have seen His hand at work—drawing hearts to Himself, planting seeds of faith, and building His Church among the Chakali people. We give all glory to our faithful God who continues to do exceedingly more than we can ask or imagine.

Samaritan’s Purse Discipleship Program – Ducie

This month, we launched the Samaritan’s Purse Discipleship Program in the community of Ducie, with a total of 87 children enrolled in the training. Over the weeks, these children were faithfully taught all 12 lessons, covering the foundational truths of God’s Word and the message of salvation.

We thank God that 32 of these children successfully completed the entire program and graduated during a joyful ceremony. The celebration was filled with excitement, testimonies, songs, and the presence of many community members. Most importantly, 15 of the children gave their lives to Christ during the course of the training.

These children are not only growing in their faith—they have also become part of our new church community in Ducie. Their decision to follow Jesus has stirred curiosity and interest among their peers and families, opening the door for a new church plant. This church now meets regularly, with 12 adults and 30 children who consistently attend the class, becoming active participants in the fellowship.

We are grateful to God for this breakthrough. Ducie is now being transformed by the light of the gospel, and we believe greater things are yet to come.

Church Growth and Fellowship

Our churches in Chakali continue to meet each Friday and Sunday, and we are encouraged by the steady increase in attendance – especially among children. Their spiritual hunger and openness are signs that the Lord is stirring a revival in their hearts.

The establishment of the church in Ducie has given us fresh momentum. With the children as the first fruits, we are now engaging their families with home visits, Bible discussions, and prayer. We believe this new beginning will grow into a strong and vibrant community of believers.

Prayer Requests

We continue to rely on your prayers as we serve on this field. Please join us in lifting up the following needs before the Lord:

1. Pray for the 15 children who gave their lives to Christ. May they grow strong in faith, resist pressure from unbelieving families, and stand firm in their new walk with Jesus.

2. Ask the Lord to bless and establish this new church in Ducie. May more children and adults come to Christ, and may the fellowship grow in wisdom, unity, and power.

3. Pray for us as we continue to disciple the graduates and visit their families. May hearts be opened to receive the truth of the gospel.

4. The work is labor-intensive, and we need divine strength, good health, and renewed zeal. Pray for our team to be spiritually refreshed and physically sustained.

5. The fields are ripe. Pray that God will send more workers to support the mission work in Chakali and beyond.

Looking Ahead with hope

As we look ahead, we do so with hope and expectancy. The gospel is bearing fruit in Chakali, and our confidence is in the One who calls and equips us. We know that our labor is not in vain, and we press on, trusting that God will complete the work He has begun.

We remain grateful for your prayers, encouragement, and support. You are a vital part of what God is doing here, and we pray His richest blessings over you.

Photos clips from the Ducie discipleship graduation and church gatherings are attached for your encouragement and sharing.

Kingsley Nyindam

We praise God our heavenly Father for protecting and providing for us.

Church activities were carried out in all the assemblies. Two newborn babies were dedicated to God. The mission emphasis week celebration was fully observed, this time in the individual local assemblies.

We also hosted the women from Christian Leadership Training Institute who held a two-day training for our women in the area of taking care of their families God's way.

Continue to pray for the people who suffered the rainstorm disaster, many are still counting their losses. Also, some of the churches have not been to work on their destroyed church buildings.

Continue pray for the growth of the church both spiritually and physically.

To God be all the glory for seeing us through the month of June. The month was not without challenges, but our joy is seeing our patients satisfied with our service. The Lord is using the few hands available to bring aid to our patients. We continue to pray and share the word of God with both our patients and staff.

I am glad to report that the extension work is progressing steadily.

ree

Prayer needs: continue to pray that our facility will be the preferred choice for the people to access healthcare. Pray for commitment and faithfulness on the part of the staff.

Also pray for the early completion of the extension work on the facility.

Pastor Francis Addae

Greetings from Salaga to you all.

This is what God has done by keeping us together to his own glory.

I want to use this opportunity to give thanks to God Almighty.

Thanks goes to the Fame Management team who has paid for the training of my daughter Faustina Addae and has now employed her to work for FAME Clinic Ekumdi.

In the mission field a sad news reached us that one of our beloved congregation members from Makango PCC passed away in June 2025; her funeral is scheduled for July 26, 2025. Please pray for her family.

Glory be to God Almighty whose hands give us protection and strength.

Fame Clinic, Makango is doing fine by the grace of God. Patients who came to our facility were taken of, and devotions are ongoing.

This month the management team at the facility gave a donation to a Pistis Christian Church member. He is a gentleman with a disability challenge who is always looking for broken shoes to fix. The administrator and her team have him one of the relief items from the head office as a donation to enable him to work.

We thank our donors and pray for more equipment and items to improve the quality of healthcare we give.

May God bless all our staff to work hard always to help our community members.

Other prayer requests as follows:

1. Appealing for support to my old convert who has become a pastor and has come to Salaga to support the field work. He is married with 3 children and has been living with me with his family.

2. Shelter for our churches who worship under trees.

3. Salaga Church building

4. The motorbike for visiting the churches in my area.

5. Katanga PCC has about 1,000 cement blocks and 4 packets of aluminum roofing sheets to complete the church building.

These are the 7 souls who have been baptized to the glory of God at Katanga PCC.

We pray for God's blessings and protection for them to grow in the Lord.

Bismark Kassata

Praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy upon our lives in Jesus’ name.

The month of June has been a blessing to us.

I visited the churches to be sure every assembly establishes the children ministry.

I asked them to register the children and open a register for all the children in the churches in the Ntrubo Area.

My target is to get over 300 children by the end of the 2025.

I request your prayers for the teachers and all who will be committed to the work.

Pastor Daniel Liwamor

By the grace of God, the month of June ended peacefully.

We thank God for taking care of us, myself, my family, and the entire church members as well.

In the month of June, we, the entire body of Bombari zone, participated in the celebration of the mission emphasis week with prayers throughout the week.

We also raised funds to support mission projects. A total of Ghs 450 was raised. We look forward to doing more next year.

Here are some pictures of the events.

Pastor Felix Nsejamese

ree

Glory be to God for his grace, love and kindness shown to us.

We continue to give thanks to God for the celebration of Fame emphasis week.

We celebrated with Sunday school because they are the future of the church, and it has been very good; the Sunday school teachers brought the children to the chapel for Bible quiz and it was very good.

We praise to God for his guidance throughout the month.

We thank our sponsor and management for renovating the old nurse quarters.

Upon all the challenges, God is still in the business of healing the body and soul; glory be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Pastor John Newman Peni

A daughter of Elder Nyardie Stephen who was born into and grew up in the church had a gigantic wedding at Tutukkpene.

The attendance of participants was beyond expectation. This will serve as an example to our young ones in the church to serve God and keep themselves pure and wait on God for their life partners.

Prayer Request

We have erected a Sunday school shed for our Sunday school children. We want to extend the shed so that we can have three classes because the current one is too small. We also want to make it a conducive place for study because the floor is bad. We need financial support to make a better place for our Sunday school children to study the word of God.

Nkwanta is still not peaceful. Our members are still leaving the town as a result of the tribal conflict. The new church we spent much money to erect a shed for is closed down because the place is not safe.

We need persistent prayers for peace.

Pastor Paul

Glory to God for his mighty power upon us.

We thank God especially for all the newborns in the church despite the complications.

Four of our tertiary students have completed their courses this month. They were leaders of various spiritual activities on campus such prayer tower, knowing the bible, evangelism and we are very proud of them.

We believe the new batch of our youth who have entered the campus this year will follow their paths.

Prayer request:

·      We need resources to renovate the clinic in Yizesi and Loagri.

·      Pray for the communities affected by tribal conflict in Ghana

·      Pray for pastors, their families and the church in the remote communities.

We thank all our donors in USA.

Long life to all of you.

Sampson Darko

I praise God for His provision and power to save us from the disaster that has befallen us.

Many properties of our church members were burned to ashes. It took God's interventions to save my house. My livestock had been destroyed. All our church members and families are refugees at different places.

Please hold them in your prayers. Pray for the Akyode s– they are killing people from other tribes. As I report, there is still tension in Keri. The church at Gyato kura has banned church members from service. Pray for peace to prevail.

Pastor Nathaniel Napari Abdulai

We thank God for His guidance and protection over my family and also the churches at Loagri, Soo, and Kuchoglim. We are grateful to God for taking us through the month of June.

As we were preparing to start the church in Kuchoglim Pala, sadly, one of our members passed away at the age of 32. The burial was conducted in early June. We held the funeral service to the glory of God, and everything went successfully. We also thank God for being with us throughout the funeral activities.

In addition, we lost my mother-in-law, who is my wife’s biological mother, in the second week of June. But again, to the glory of God, that funeral was also successful.

We thank FAME and the Welfare Committee for their support during my mother-in-law’s funeral. We truly appreciate it, and we pray that God will continue to bless you all in everything you do.

Prayer Requests

1. Pray for the Kuchoglim Community – that even after what happened, the rest of the members will not be discouraged, but will continue to be strengthened by the Lord.

2. Pray for spiritual growth – that God will help us minister to the people effectively and bring about an increase of believers in the community.

3. Pray for provision – that God will help us and bless people to support PCC Church Loagri, so that we can purchase a sound system for use during our church services and outreach programs, as planned by the church this year and beyond.

Daniel and Jonas

Greetings from Daniel and Jonas to you all in the Lord. The Grace is keeping us safe on the field.

Glory be to God that the children ministry we started is still ongoing.

Also, we very happy to inform you that we have successfully graduated 40 children from the Samaritan Purse Class. Even though 45 completed the lessons, 5 are not able to make it to the graduation ceremony.

Additionally, as part of our plan in reaching out to the people group, we made a move to the Senior High School here (Funsi Senior High). Our appreciation to our Executive Director Wisdom who came from Accra and helped us to go see the headmaster. He presented to him a verbal and written letter outlining our plans. Both the headmaster and his administration granted us permission.

As part of the plans, we are starting with Campus Sports Ministry. This will commence in July and we will go to campus every Friday to help them play these games as we share some moral values with them before or after the games.

We want to say a very big thank you to Director for making this possible by leading us to the school and also providing us with the balls. We are much grateful.

We ask that you help us pray for the children’s ministry, the campus ministry, the land of Sissala Paassal and also the grace of Christ for us all.

Pastor Paul

Praise God for his goodness in our lives. And also for being at work through the human resources in the clinics.

Despite the limitations we have in our communities, the staff is doing their best to save lives every blessed day.

Late in the night of 27th June, a mother of 3 went through a health complication. She almost lost her life. But the staff in Yizesi clinic managed to keep her safe till morning before sending her to a bigger facility. Today, she's smiling in the community with praise to God and the clinic.

Let's pray for FAME to get the full resources to start and complete the renovation in the clinics.

Let's continue to pray also for our staff to truly dedicate themselves to the work
