The Matsumotos Family
Dr. Bert Matsumoto is an ophthalmologist from Phoenix, Arizona, and his wife, Dr. Diane Masumoto, is a pediatrician. Dr. Bert visited our 7 clinics to help strategize for future eye-care medical trips. Dr. Diane has done 5 short-term medical trips with us already and will lead another Global Health Outreach medical team in July/August this year. We thank the Matsumotos for their heart of devotion to God and Ghana Christian Mission.
Gavin Woods
Gavin Woods is a volunteer with Project C.U.R.E., the largest provider of donated medical supplies and equipment to developing countries around the world, based in Phoenix. He was on the site visits with Bert in order to explore ways Project C.U.R.E. could collaborate with Ghana Christian Mission in delivery of needed medical equipment.
Ron Greiner
Ron Greiner is the newly elected (November 2017) Board Chairman of Ghana Christian Mission. He returned to Ghana for the 4th time to reacquaint himself with progress in the field work. We truly value Ron and look forward to working with him as Board Chairman.
Ingo and Jutta Hupfer
Ingo and Jutta Hupfer are from Lauf, Germany. The couple volunteered at our Clinic and Church at Tatindo in Northern Ghana for 6 weeks. They have returned back to Germany safely. We thank them for loving the Ghanaian people in word and action!
Pastor Wayne Holcomb and Elder Drew Gillian
Wayne and Drew are from Wellington Church in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The two did a Bible Seminar for 70 ministers and other Church Leaders at Adutor near Sogakope from February 6 to 8. Wayne is a gifted teacher and speaker with high passion for soul winning.
We are immensely grateful to all our visitors and partners and cannot wait till we get to work with them again!

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MannaPack™ Rice We thank FMSC for donating another container of nutritious rice mixed with soy, vitamins, and dried vegetables worth $60,000. This donation fed 1,000 schoolchildren in 4 schools in the northern part of the Volta Region. Some of the rice has also been distributed to children in Tatindo, near Zabzugu – Tatale in the Northern Region.
Chakali People Group Outreach Pleases continue to pray with us as we prepare for Joshua Lodo and Godfred Musah to move to Bulenga, 2 hours east of Wa in the Upper West Region of Ghana. Joshua and Godfred will start language learning to bring the Gospel to the Chakali People Group.
Gospel Boat for Sam Dzobo Rejoice with us over the launch of the Gospel Boat donated for evangelism along the Volta Lake, from Kete - Krachi to Kpalama to Attafiem. Sam and his leaders hope to start many more churches along the lake.
